Registration

Creating an account on Zenda Options is quick and easy. You can register using your email or through a social media account.

How to register:

1. Visit the Zenda Options website or download the mobile app
2. Click on the "Registration" button in the top right corner
3. Fill in your email address and create a password
4. Alternatively, click on one of the social media icons to register with your social account
5. Accept the terms and conditions
6. Click "Register" to complete the process

Account Verification

Verifying your account is an important security step that also unlocks additional features and higher withdrawal limits.

Verification process:

1. Log in to your Zenda Options account
2. Go to your profile settings
3. Click on the "Verification" tab
4. Upload a photo of your ID document (passport, driver's license, or ID card)
5. Upload a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc. not older than 3 months)
6. Submit your documents for review

The verification process typically takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is verified.

Making a Deposit

Zenda Options offers multiple payment methods for depositing funds into your trading account.

How to make a deposit:

1. Log in to your Zenda Options account
2. Click on the "Deposit" button in the top right corner
3. Select your preferred payment method
4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit
5. Follow the instructions to complete the payment

Platform Navigation

Familiarize yourself with the Zenda Options trading platform to make the most of its features.

Key platform elements:

1. Asset Selection

At the top of the platform, you'll find the asset selection menu where you can choose from various trading instruments including currencies, stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

2. Chart Area

The central part of the screen displays the price chart of the selected asset. You can customize the chart type (candlestick, line, etc.) and timeframe according to your preference.

3. Trading Panel

Located below the chart, this is where you set your trade parameters such as investment amount, trade direction (up or down), and expiry time.

4. Account Information

On the right side, you can view your account balance, open trades, and trading history.

5. Indicators and Tools

Access technical analysis tools and indicators to help with your trading decisions.

Your First Trade

Learn how to execute your first trade on the Zenda Options platform.

How to place a trade:

1. Select an asset from the asset menu
2. Analyze the price chart using technical indicators if needed
3. Set your investment amount
4. Choose the expiry time for your trade
5. Predict the price direction:
   • Click "UP" (green button) if you think the price will rise
   • Click "DOWN" (red button) if you think the price will fall
6. Confirm your trade
7. Wait for the expiry time and see the result

Understanding trade outcomes:

If your prediction is correct at the expiry time, you'll receive your investment back plus a profit (typically 70-90% of your investment amount). If your prediction is incorrect, you'll lose your investment amount.

Withdrawing Funds

Learn how to withdraw your profits from your Zenda Options account.

How to withdraw funds:

1. Log in to your Zenda Options account
2. Click on the "Withdraw" button in the top right corner
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method
4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
5. Provide the necessary payment details
6. Confirm the withdrawal request

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method:

• E-wallets: 1-24 hours
• Cryptocurrencies: 1-24 hours
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
