1. Introduction

Welcome to Zenda Options. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenda Options website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Zenda Options is operated by Infinite Trade LLC, registered at Republic of Costa Rica, San Jose-San Jose Mata Redonda, Neighborhood Las Vegas, Blue Building Diagonal To La Salle High School with the registration number 4062001303240.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our Services are not available to residents of certain jurisdictions where online trading is prohibited or restricted by local laws and regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

Zenda Options provides a platform for trading various financial instruments, including but not limited to binary options, digital options, and CFDs. Trading these financial instruments involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital.

By using our trading services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Trading involves high risk and is not suitable for all investors;
You have sufficient knowledge and experience to make your own evaluation of the merits and risks of trading;
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions;
Past performance is not indicative of future results;
We do not provide investment advice or recommendations;
We are not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of your trading activities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

You may deposit funds into your account using the payment methods available on our platform. All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy. We reserve the right to request additional verification information before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

We reserve the right to:

Set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts;
Charge fees for deposits and withdrawals;
Delay or refuse processing a withdrawal if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms;
Require additional verification information before processing a withdrawal.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these prohibitions, including suspending or terminating their account and reporting them to relevant authorities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past six months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zenda Options and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
